About me

Dear All
Hoping you all will be fine
My name is zar ali khan musazai from Peshawar a city in the northern Pakistan which is now a days like a hub of terrorism where life and property of the citizens are not safe. I do not mean that people of this city are bad. The militants are bad who have the state sypport where they flourished but today the innocent people are targeted and especially women are the worst sufferes here. Again i would like to clear it that people are not against women but the same terrorists are against women who want to keep women inside homes like animals. The situations of women is so worst that i am unable to find words to express but still we people of civil society are busy doing our efforts against terrorists and their mentors.I am a civil society member and engaged in social work for last several years. We have problems of resources because our people are hit by terrorism and their income and financial situations have gone worst. People here are poor and more than 50% population is living beyond poverty line.
I am a gratuate in geology but have statred work as a political and social work wanted a positive change in our society especially change in women life is needed. Our women are born in four walls of the houses and die there without seeing anything in the world.

So glad that you are on Pulsewire

Hello,

I am so interested to read your story about Peshawar, the struggle and terror especially against women. I found this line, "Our women are born in four walls of the houses and die there without seeing anything in the world." to be very powerful.
Will you tell us more about what you do and what you see on a daily basis. I read and hear in the news so often about
the extreme situation in Pakistan, so it is so connecting to read a personal account. I very much admire you for seeing clearly the suffering and abuse of women.

I hope that you can post often to your journal. There is a group that would really benefit from your posts as well. http://worldpulse.com/pulsewire/groups/5053

Warm wishes and I hope to hear more about your life and work.

Dear Laura

Dear laura
It is true that our women are very very helpless and even men too.
It is nice to read that you people take interest in our situations especially women.
Frankly speaking when state goes against its citizens and state agencies do what is wrong for people, then what could be expected from such situations that would bring fruits for the people.
I am an extremely helpless man of 35 having a degree in geology but the worst political upheavals broght me to the field of politics where i tried my best to raise voice in favour of my people and get their rights for them. But you know that in Pakistan religious extremism has reached to a point which you people can not imagine and our lives are at stake all the times and are under the democles sworld. Now a days i am a jobless man watching the worst situations in my region ,issuing statements against extremists, struggling against terrorists and anti-human forces which are busy in subversive activities in region with collaboration of alleged state agencies. Now me and my other colleagues are engaged to serve our people in such situatuions especially women.
Hoping you people will not leave our women alone in this hour of the need. presently i have an organization with name Society for Rights and Development and i am the executive director.
Regards
