Diane Emerson

About Me:

Since December 2006, I have been a nomadic volunteer: no home, no car. Traveling by bicycle or public transportation and the occasional borrowed car, doing volunteer work. I focus on the poorest of the poor in the world, and the people in my life at the moment. I have kept a blog of my travels and volunteer work, www.diane-emerson.blogspot.com, and have recently created a website to share information on my favorite charities and inspirational quotes I have collected in my travels.

I am currently volunteering with the Hope Disability Centre in Wayil village, Ganderbal District, Kashmir, India. I will be here into November, 2010. I joined this forum because of what I have read here.

My Areas of Expertise:
Business, Internet, photography, organic gardening, traveling by bicycle, making free web sites that people can update themselves, public speaking, computers
