My views about Web 2.0

What most excites me about Web 2.0:

Web 2.0 gives me an opportunity to speak for my self, let my voice, ideas and experience be heard worldwide and also gives an opportunity to connect with other women worldwide who inspire and promote empowerment.

Solutions I think Web 2.0 brings to the global women's empowerment movement:

 Emergency of grassroot women leaders
 Online and Internet Trainings on journalism and stories writing skills
 Promotion of freedom of speech by letting women speak out their minds
 Global connection of women which can lead to project(s) formation and developments , business related skills (employment opportunities for women)
 Evaluation and track of record of all issues related to women and leadership basing on the facts on the ground (women voices posted here)

How is it already, or how will it be empowering for me:

 It has given me a platform of raising my voice
 I have learnt and still learning more of the internet technologies on online trainings and procedure
 It will help me connect to other women around the world who will be my first circle of change, I will learn more from them as they learn from me too.
 It is my first step to continious women journalism and a member of the women empowering community(ies) at a global view.
