Today is: Transgender Day of Remembrance, a day set aside to memorialize those who were killed due to anti-transgender hatred or prejudice. As a person working for gender equality, I work for all people to be able to live freely as their most real selves in the world. Please take a moment to take a look at this page and list of those who lost their lives. We could add so many other names from many other regions, many of which are unreported cases.
