Reposting what has become my annual “UnValentine’s” day posting...A post that that hopefully helps people feel stronger on Valentines Day, a day that can be confusing, so let's make it what we want!

Happy day to all the awesome people in my life during a year of change, growth and learning all about what compassion really means! I see today as a day for us to celebrate all types of love...non-romantic and romantic, love for others and for yourself... and to value each person's uniqueness within all kinds of relationships with others and... yourself! Cheesy? Maybe! But I’m owning my cheese, and recommitting to spreading positivity today when we need it most. Have an awesome day whatever you choose to do, or not do!
