Empowering women leaders and social entrepreneurs

Delivering a transformative in-person women’s leadership workshop with senior female leaders to support implementation of the Crystal Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEP) action plan in the republic of Georgia.

Hi folks! For the past two years, in addition to my work empowering organizations to be safer, more respectful, caring and inclusive and sexual harassment and violence free, I have worked to empower women leaders within those organizations, and in particular, social entrepreneurs like so many of us!

Empowering Women as Leaders:

I have developed and delivered a transformative in-person women’s leadership workshop with senior female leaders to support implementation of the Crystal Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEP) action plan.

Using Voice, Vision and Values - Empowering Women Entrepreneurs

With inspiration from World Pulse's asset map, I have provided workshops to emerging women entrepreneurs in collaboration with YES Employment and Entrepreneurship, a non profit based in Montreal, using visioning, co-creation and group discussions, to help them articulate, identify and apply their assets, strengths and values to ellevate their businesses. Participants left with a stronger sense of their core values, unique voice, and a road map of how to bring their vision to life, and tips on how to stay accountable to their action plans.

This empowerment work is a passion and pure joy - and I believe very much connected to building safe, respectful, caring and inclusive organizations and environments where all women can thrive, and looking forward to more of this work!
