Domestic violence and rape of a minor is on the increase in Nigeria as well as early girl marriage. Every now and then there are cases of women being beaten to death my their spouses and toddlers being raped,( recently a toddler of 6 month was raped by an adult, and that is not the first time such thing is happening). girl child as little as 12 years of age are giving out to marriage in the rural areas of the region I came from (northern Nigeria), and no any law that protect the right of a woman or girl child in the country. I want to fight for the implementation of law that protect the right of the women and children in Nigeria. I have started advocating, I need voices , I need hands, I need the help of international communities, I need voices of the fellow women because I believe our voices are our strength.
