Can I forgive her?

I lived with my aunt when I was in primary and early secondary school. When I was 7yrs, I was hit by a vehicle on an express road while trying to cross. It wasn't my fault, it was my Aunty's friend that beckoned on me to come.. She do assist me to cross the road, she denied that she din't call me, I couldn't defend myself, everybody were blaming me that I was too forward even herself.. I hated her but I was still young for people to believe me. I've found a place in my heart to forgive her because I later realised she din't mean to hurt me, she only miscalculated the upcoming vehicle. That's one of my stories

Hello Ajibolaa,

That's quite the first story there, dear. Sorry to hear that that happened to you! But, I am glad that you have been able to forgive your aunt. That must have been difficult. I'm looking forward to seeing more stories/posts from you.

Hope you're having a good day!

Sure why not. You are most welcome :-)

Hello, Ajibolaa,

I understand that for a child who gets all the blame for an accident when you were just obeying instructions could develop resentment over that adult. I'm sorry that you did not receive any comfort that time, and no one believed you when she shared your truth.

I'm glad that you decided to forgive. Forgiveness is good for our souls. Thank you for sharing. You have a safe place here where you can freely share your story, and we will believe you.

Welcome to World Pulse!
