REACH OUT FOR ALL THE VULNERABLE GIRLS DURING THEIR MENSES

I feel nice after listening to women sharing their experience and challenges they face during their mentruation period and make me realise how wonderful the female gender are. The notion that the menses are suppose to be celebrated coz it's the only experience no any other gender can denie us from experiencing and the fact that it is a blessing that bind us all as women. The menses are to be properly maintained and not seen as an obstacles for achieving our dreams instead it should strength as to work extra hard cause we all have an extra duty within ourself to maintain and passionately care for. We need not shy because we are in our menses by make it a blessing that comes every month. Let's all be aware and try whenever possible to avail the necessary preparation that is required by the vulnerable girl in the rural village, an orphan who has no one to teach her on how to maintain her menses and a girl who cannot access any internet to get more knowledge on its preparations. The pads, mentruation cups, the reusable sanitary towels and the tampoons should be avial freely to replace the use of tissue papers, tree backs and goat skins for the proper maintenance of the menses. The boys too should be included on the talk to allow them not laugh and intimidate the girls who soiled themselves. Let's all rise for a pad donated is a dream of a poor and vulnerable girl rejuvenated.
