The Philippines Country Support Mechanism (CSM) of GCERF is pleased to announce a Call for Expressions of Interest (EoI) for Philippine organisations to become a Principal Recipient (PR) of funding from GCERF’s Core Funding Mechanism (CFM).
a) is committed to working in partnership and consultation with governments, civil society, and the private sector in pilot countries to support national strategies to address the local drivers of violent extremism;
b) will provide support for up to three years to consortia of organisations working at the community level to build resilience to violent extremist agendas.
1) Appropriate legal registration;
2) Acceptance and fulfillment of the role of a Principal Recipient;
3) Established relationships and credibility with the target communities/population groups;
4) Experience and capacity in: a) programme design and management, and project cycle management; b) in financial management as well as in accounting

GCERF will provide grants to individual organisations or consortia working at community level.
Funding will be available for grants of up to three years in duration and commencing in 2019 on a rolling basis.
