UNFCU Foundation is:

1) a New York non-profit organization with a mission to sustain the path out of poverty through healthcare and education for women and children;

2) closely aligned with the goals of the United Nations agencies as well as other charities and NGOs specializing in efforts to improve the lives of women and children both in the USA and in developing countries;

3) now accepting grant applications for funding requests of up to $50,000;

4) supporting organizations and initiatives that:
a) Work to eradicate extreme poverty and hunger;
b) Empower women and youth by offering them opportunities for self-development and economic advancement;
c) Promote well-being and provide access to healthcare for women and their families;
d) Provide disaster relief.

First-time applications must benefit women and youth in either: Kenya; Uganda; USA: New York City; Washington, DC; Virginia; Maryland (only).

Ongoing grantees may continue to submit grant applications.

Utilize This Offer

Eligibility: US‑based non-profit organizations that have tax-exempt status and United Nations´Funds, Programmes and Specialized Agencies.

Applicants must submit their grant application form given on the website at https://www.unfcufoundation.org/grants.aspx
