Under this program, the grantee will organize and implement three 2-day workshops on “Digital Strategies for Business” in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh; Jaipur, Rajasthan; and Ludhiana, Punjab for a minimum of ten and a maximum of 15 CSO/NGO representatives in each program city. The workshops should: a) include hands-on training that will teach participants in each city how to use commercially-available technology to sell art and/or related products online; b) also include a “train-the-trainer” teaching methodology.

This program is expected to reach this goal by:
1. Developing the capacity of local CSOs and NGOs to support their local partners with “train-the-trainer” sessions on how to teach these skills.
2. Continuing to support and grow the network of U.S. government-sponsored exchange program alumni in North India by creating ongoing mentoring opportunities for program participants.

Award - Ceiling: $45,000 / Floor: $40,000.

Eligibility: non-profit and NGOs.
