
Canon supports schools, non-profit and community groups who are addressing both social and environmental issues in their community and inspiring change for future generations throughout Oceania.
This year we are offering seven grants, each worth $5,000 of Canon equipment and money in-kind, across Australia and New Zealand, for project implementation in the following categories:
1. Australia
1 x Environmental Grant - $4,000 product & $1,000 cash
1 x Education/School Grant - $4,000 product & $1,000 cash
1 x Community/social Grant - $4,000 product & $1,000 cash
1 x Runner-up Grant - $1,000 product
2. New Zealand
1 x Environmental Grant - $4,000 product & $1,000 cash
1 x Education/School Grant - $4,000 product & $1,000 cash
1 x Community/social Grant - $4,000 product & $1,000 cash

Friendly reminders:
1. Study similar calls (open and closed ones) that interest you to discover what they have in common and how you can think ahead/plan to apply;
2. Prepare/update paperwork (certificates and atests usually required from an organization like yours);
3. Write (baby steps...!) and discuss a project draft - to validate the priorities within your group and to train your grant writing skills.
4. Do not wait to find a call and then start writing your oroposal/project. Start now!!!
