Are you 18-30 and inspired to save the planet?

If yes, then Submit a 3 minute video for a chance to be a youth reporter at the UN Climate Conference (Chile, December 2019).

The Global Youth Video Competition is co-organized by the GEF-UNDP Small Grants Programme, and the secretariats of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, the UN Convention to Combat Desertification and the Convention on Biological Diversity.

1. LAND - Balancing use of land for people and ecosystems
2. BIODIVERSITY - Cities and local action to combat climate change
3. CLIMATE - Nature-based solutions for food and human health.

Eligibility Criteria - Applicants must
a) be between 18 and 30 on the closing date
b) submit a video of a maximum of three minutes
c) submit a video in English or that have English subtitles
d) be free and available to travel to Chile in December 2019.

Friendly reminders:
1. Study similar calls (open and closed ones) that interest you to discover what they have in common and how you can think ahead/plan to apply;
2. Prepare/update paperwork (certificates and atests usually required from an organization like yours);
3. Write (baby steps...!) and discuss a project draft - to validate the priorities within your group and to train your grant writing skills.
4. Do not wait to find a call and then start writing your oroposal/project. Start now!!!
