The Government of India, Department of Science & Technology (DST) is seeking proposals for its program entitled “Science & Technology for Women”.

Science & Technology for Women Scheme was launched in Nineteen Eighties for empowering women through inputs of S&T to strengthen their position in the society.

The Objectives of the scheme are:
1. To support research, development and knowledge generation with respect to various stages of life cycle of women
2. To promote research, development and adaptation of technology to create gainful employment potential of women, reduce their drudgery, improve working conditions in local areas through inputs of S & T
3. To improve the quality of life, look into health and nutrition of women through the application of S & T.

Proposals are invited on the following Thrust Areas:
> Livelihood Status and Improvement
> Health, Nutrition and Sanitation
> Women Safety and Occupational Hazards
> Women Technology Parks (WTP).

Utilize This Offer

This call is not for fellowship/scholarship.

The proposals should be submitted on or before July, 30th 2019 along with 3 hard copies and one set of required documents to the undersigned.
