Objective of thiis call: to promote, protect and monitor the rights of persons with disabilities, to ensure that people with disabilities can fully enjoy their rights.

Proposed activities should meet one or more of the priorities:
1. Supporting the implementation of the priorities of the European Disability Strategy 2010-2020, taking into account both the Progress Report on its implementation and the main results of the public consultation as mentioned above;
2. Contributing to the
a) evaluation process of the European Disability Strategy 2010- 2020
b) reflection on the post-2020 European disability strategic framework
c) study of the EU Disability Card project, its promotion and possible follow up
d) promotion of the involvement of national member organisations in the implementation of the UNCRPD;
3. Supporting the human rights model of disability, including in disability assessment and determination as well as in social protection matters.

Average grant: 400,000 Euro.

Proposals can only be submitted by organisations having signed a Framework Partnership Agreement with the EC following the 2017 Call for Proposals establishing 4-year Framework Partnership Agreements for the period 2018-2021
