IDEX FELLOWSHIP - JANUARY 2020 PROGRAM

The IDEX Fellowship Program 2020 builds the capacity of young professionals for social enterprise in areas such as agriculture, education, clean energy, sanitation, healthcare, livelihoods, and impact investing.

We are seeking 21-35 years old-professionals who have a proven track record of leadership and are seeking to use their education and skills to address social and economic challenges for under-served populations.
Ideal candidates will possess:
a) Bachelors or Masters degree
b) A minimum of 1 to 3 years of work experience
c) Proven track record of leadership responsibilities
d) A passion and desire to work in emerging markets and use social enterprise principles to solve global issues
e) An ability to quickly adapt and work in resource constrained environments
e) Desire to engage in an intense professional development experience while applying creative solutions to deepen impact.

This Fellowship is for young professionals (21 - 35 years old) from across the globe.

APPLICATION FEE: One-time, non-refundable fee of US$25.

The program provides six months of leadership training in enterprise development, including field placements at social enterprises in India.

1. Study similar calls (open and closed ones) that interest you to discover what they have in common and how you can think ahead/plan to apply = increase your chances of success!
2. Prepare/update paperwork (certificates and atests usually required from an organization like yours);
3. Write (baby steps...!) and discuss a project draft - to validate the priorities within your group and to train your grant writing skills;
4. Do not wait to find a call and then start writing your oroposal/project. Start now!!!
