The European Union (EU)´s program “Promoting Decent Future of Work Approach with a Focus of Gender Equality” aims to improve employability and employment through decent future of work approach with a focus of gender equality.

The main target groups of this Call for Proposals are:
a) Unemployed people;
b) Employers;
c) Employees;
d) Relevant actors such as Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), universities, social partners etc.;
e) Students in universities and vocational high schools/high schools.

The lead applicant must be:
1) a legal person and
2) non-profit-making and
3) a specific type of organisation such as: NGOs, Local Authorities (such as Municipalities), Regional Development Agencies, Education and training institutions (such as universities and vocational high schools), Professional organisations, intl (inter-governmental) organisations; Technology Development Zones and other similar organizations.

Grant requests: minimum EUR 75.000 / maximum EUR 250.000.

it is mandatory to either determine at least %50 of target group to be women OR to implement/realize an activity concerning gender equality.

The concept note and the declaration by the lead applicant must be submitted by Jan 27, 2019.

Friendly reminders:
1. Study similar calls (open and closed ones) that interest you to discover what they have in common and how you can think ahead/plan to apply = increase your chances of success!
2. Prepare/update paperwork (certificates and atests usually required from an organization like yours);
3. Write (baby steps...!) and discuss a project draft - to validate the priorities within your group and to train your grant writing skills;
4. Do not wait to find a call and then start writing your oroposal/project. Start now!!!
