FULP – Fundación Universitaria de Las Palmas

Language Courses: Spanish, English and French.

Modality: ONLINE.

Vacancies: minimum 10, maximum 80.

Duration: 120 hours (5 months).

A minimum of 10 students is needed for the course to be launched.

All courses should be completed by the end November 2021.

Certification awarded: FULP completion certificate.

For all language courses, a teacher will serve as tutor and support to students, via email, to solve doubts about grammar or vocabulary, and will also send written exercises.

Utilize This Offer

1. Be enrolled in an African university or have a university degree issued in an African country.
2. Enrollment period: until 31/05/2021.
3. Teaching language:
a) for beginners levels you will choose your language (Spanish, English and French);
b) for more proficient levels, the course will be held in the language you are learning.
4. You must have a properly configured computer equipment and operating system to develop the online course, considering the following aspects: Internet connection, web browser, operating system, desktop applications, etc.

If you do not know your language level, you can take an on-line test and your level will be given at the end of the process.

The scholarships of online modality cover registration, tuition fees and issuance of the degree obtained.

Friendly reminders:
1. Study similar calls (open and closed ones) that interest you, in order to discover what they have in common and how you can think ahead/plan to apply = increase your chances of success!
2. Prepare/update paperwork (certificates and attests usually required by calls such this one);
3. Write - baby steps... - and discuss a project draft, to validate within your group the priorities of the proposal(s) and to train your grant writing skills as well;
4. Do not wait to find a call and then start writing your proposal / project. Start now!!!
5. Do visit regularly the World Pulse website to make customized searches for grant opportunities. How?
a) Click on the Menu (left upper corner);
b) Type the name of your country in the search area (blank space); click enter;
c) Click on Filters;
d) Click on Resource;
e) Browse the results (opportunities) that will show up, by chronological order of posting;
6. Spread the word about your failures and achievements in grant requests. Yes, tell these stories too... They will enlighten and inspire your network;
7. Share the opportunities that do not apply to you but can interest others;
