Nominations are now open for the 2021 WIN WIN Youth Award to empower and reward young people who play an active role in the creation of a more sustainable future.

The purpose of the network is to improve communication and dialogue between different sustainability organisations in order to find synergy effects and to achieve greater impact through the activities they do.

Utilize This Offer

To be eligible for the WIN WIN Youth Award 2021, applicants / nominees must:
1. Be between the ages of 13 and 29.
2. Present a past or ongoing project / work / initiative linked to the theme 2021: ANTI-CORRUPTION.
3. Satisfy a minimum of three of the following criteria:
a) Impact: The project / initiative has had a positive contribution to the work against corruption;
b) Holistic approach: The project / initiative should strive to take environmental, social and economic aspects into account;
c) Mobilization: The project / initiative has brought people together;
d) Innovation: The project / initiative is new and innovative in its character;
e) Scale: The project / initiative has the potential for replication and scaling up;
f) Raise awareness: The project / initiative has contributed to raise awareness and disseminate knowledge about corruption.

We welcome contributions from individuals, organisations and movements from all over the world, with members between the age 13 to 29.

The winner of the WIN WIN Youth Award will receive SEK 50.000 at the WIN WIN Award ceremony on October 21, 2021 in Gothenburg, Sweden.

The award activities require for the winner approximately 4 days in Gothenburg (October 18-22).

WIN WIN Award will cover:
a) travel expenses to Gothenburg (economy class) for the winner and one more person if the winner is less than 18 years old;
b) hotel expenses in Gothenburg during the award week.

The application deadline is Friday, 30 April 2021.

Friendly reminders:
1. Study similar calls (open and closed ones) that interest you, in order to discover what they have in common and how you can think ahead/plan to apply = increase your chances of success!
2. Prepare/update paperwork (certificates and attests usually required by calls such this one);
3. Write - baby steps... - and discuss a project draft, to validate within your group the priorities of the proposal(s) and to train your grant writing skills as well;
4. Do not wait to find a call and then start writing your proposal / project. Start now!!!
5. Do visit regularly the World Pulse website to make customized searches for grant opportunities. How?
a) Click on the Menu (left upper corner);
b) Type the name of your country in the search area (blank space); click enter;
c) Click on Filters;
d) Click on Resource;
e) Browse the results (opportunities) that will show up, by chronological order of posting;
6. Spread the word about your failures and achievements in grant requests. Yes, tell these stories too... They will enlighten and inspire your network;
7. Share the opportunities that do not apply to you but can interest others;
