Tara Khadka is helping to Rural women upliftment



Tara Khadaka is active woman of Rural area of Nepal. She has been doing help to women in her village, she is from very remote area of Nepal but she is always helping to women upliftment. Her husband was died when she was 35 years old. Now she is 45 years old but she has been supporting to women and she advocates, women should be educated and independent. Her aim  to promote solidarity among women at the grassroots level in order to increase their access to natural resources, as well as to ensure the equitable distribution and the benefits accruing from them. This is performed through HIMAWANTI organization and networking among the grassroots women. She is a central board member and Jumla District Chairperson of HIMAWANTI Nepal. 



She was come to Kathmandu last month for participating HIMAWANTI Nepal meeting. Then she returned back to her village to do great work and empower women of her village and District.
