About Me

I was Born on the Island of Curacao,Dutch Caribbean and named by my parents Lucette, meaning "light". I'm the second of 4 siblings. I'm a proud mother of 2 beautiful children, a son of 20 and daughter of 15 years of age. Life difficulties left me astonished. Even with all the life experiences my parents had they were also very surprised for what I had to endure. As a Christian I try to live my life to the best of my knoledge. Being a Christian does not mean that you are perfect and I'm not!

Mi passion is to encourage others mainly woman and most of all to see lifes transformed! First on my list is Gender Based Violence.

The best instrument that we have in this day and age is digital media. You don't need to go through life alone. Platform like World Pulse is priceless.

I'm have to accept that I have grown in the 1 year that I'm a member of Word Pulse. That's just awesome.

Right now I'm studying Theology, and my major is Counseling. I'm a victim/survivor of Domestic Violence.I have known the face of physical and emotional abuse, injustice to name a few.

I'm able to speak 4 language: Papiamentu(Native language), Dutch, English & Spanish!

World Pule community is a wonderful Blessing!

My Vision

I know it's difficult but not impossible: I want to see a world with no or less abuse. That's my pasion! Sharing hope that once in my life time was given to me when I could'nd help myself.

is still serving others, especially woman and children. I am a Christian, and the opportunity to serve and motivate others gives me so much joy.

I have a hunger to to do whatever that is in my power for those who are suffering because of different kind of abuse.
