RENDRE ACCESSIBLES AUX FILLES LES NOUVELLES TECHNOLOGIES DE L’INFORMATION ET DE LA COMMUNICATION.

Comme l’information et la communication sont très nécessaire pour tous le monde, les filles doivent aussi en bénéficiés en même temps que les garçons car eux aussi ont droits de connaitre et de faire connaître.
L’informatique et l’utilisation de l’Internet et des réseaux sociaux comme Facebook, il ya jusque là certaines filles de nos communautés qui ne savent pas manier l’ordinateur, ni naviguer sur Internet ; cependant, il y a quelques écoles privées Agréées dans notre pays la RDC qui commence à initier les élèves dès l’école primaire en organisant une fois la semaine le cours de l’informatique à leurs écoles, et là, elles insistent beaucoup.
Pour rendre accessibles aux filles les nouvelles technologies de l’information et de la communication il faut :
 Pour ceux qui sont déjà scolariser c'est-à-dire ceux qui sont déjà sur le banc de l’école, leurs donner l’esprit d’aimer les études, et là, leurs montrer les avantages d’une personne qui a étudié et les inconvénients d’une personne qui n’avait pas étudié.
 Le montrer que quelque soit son âge, elle peut encore apprendre soit à lire, soit à écrire et vice versa en les montrant comment manier les outils des communications comme le téléphone, l’ordinateur, la radio, etc.
 Organiser les centres des formations pour les analphabètes, en faisant des sensibilisations aux femmes et filles sans discriminer les hommes.
 Une fois qu’elles savent déjà lire et écrire, initier les dans la notion de l’informatique, et quand elles seront maintenant capable de manier l’ordinateur, là on introduit la notion de l’Internet, alors on aura donné la fille l’accès aux nouvelles technologies.
 Donner à la fille l’envie d’écouter la radio et les différentes informations y afférents pour être au courant de ce qui se passe dans le monde.
 Rendre la fille jalouse de lire les livres et les journaux pour être au courant de l’actualité et des choses qui sont à la une.
 L’apprendre à mieux communiquer avec les mondes extérieurs.
 L’apprendre comment échanger avec les autres soit les membres de la famille, soit l’entourage.
Voici un exemple : Une fille âgée de 10 appelait par son oncle en ville pour qu’elle soit adopté par lui, ladite fille ne savait ni lire ni écrire, alors elle sentait la jalousie quand elle voyait les autres de son âge parlent bien français, lisent bien les livres, la montre, elle se demandait en lui ; quel jour mon Dieu ! Moi aussi je ferai comme les autres ici ? Son oncle l’amena un encadreur pour qu’il enseigne d’abords comment lire et écrire. Une année après, son oncle le fait inscrit au centre d’apprentissage pour continuer ce qu’elle apprenait à la maison, parce qu’elle y était allé avec un objectif bien déterminer, elle fait la distinction. Son Oncle l’envoi à l’école secondaire, elle satisfait là aussi, maintenant elle fait son deuxième licence. A ce jour elle parle bien français, un peu d’anglais, elle sait lire et écrire correctement. Pour dire qu’il n’est jamais tard pour faire mieux.

TO MAKE NEW INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES ACCESSIBLE TO GIRLS

Since information and communication are very necessary for everyone, girls should also benefit from them the same as boys because they also have the right to know and to make others know.
Data processing and the use of the Internet and social networks like Facebook: there still are certain girls in our communities who don’t know how to use the computer or navigate the Internet; however there are several private schools set up in our country, the DRC, that are beginning to initiate students from primary school on and putting together once a week courses on data processing in their schools. There they consider it very important.
In order to make the new information and communication technologies accessible to girls it is necessary:
-For those who are already in school, that is to say those who are already sitting on school benches , give them the spirit of loving their studies and show them the advantages for a person who has studied and the disadvantages of a person who has not studied.
-Show her that no matter what her age she can still learn to read or to write and vice versa and show her how to utilize the tools of communication like the telephone, the computer, the radio, etc.
-Set up training centers for the illiterate, making women and girls aware of them without discriminating against men.
-Once the students know how to read and write, lead them to the idea of data processing, and once they are capable of handling the computer then introduce the notion of the Internet. At that point girls will have been given access to the new technologies.
-Give the girls a desire to listen to the radio and different news and related matters in order to be aware of what is happening in the world.
-Make the girls jealous of reading books and newspapers to be aware of present day happenings and the events that are most important.
-Teach them to better communicate with the outside world.
-Teach them how to exchange information with others, be they members of the family or those around her. Here’s an example: a girl, age 10, is called by her uncle in the city so that she might be adopted by him,; the poor girl did not know how to read or write and so she felt jealous when she saw other girls of her age speaking good French, and reading books well and so she asked him : One day, my God, will I too do as the others here? Her uncle brought her a tutor to teach her first to learn to read and write. A year later her uncle enrolled her in a learning center to continue what she was learning in the house. Because she went there with a clearly specified objective, she earned distinction. Her uncle sent her to secondary school where she also did very well. Now she is earning her second degree. At this point she speaks French well, a little English, and she knows how to read and write correctly. This is to say it is never too late to do better. Wake up girls!!!!!!!!!
