INVOLVING THE GRASSROOT WOMEN

Looking at the Millennium Development Goals, they touch directly on the lives of grassroot women who do not even know there is such a thing. The UN should work hard in giving the grassroot women opportunities to state their issues and to represent themselves. This has always be done by women who do not know what goes on with the lives of the grassroot women.

There have been several players who have been working towards bettering the lives of these women without asking them what really works for them with so much investments but very little or no impact whatsoever. I am requestign the UN Women, kindly lead the way, give the grassroot women a chance to better their lives, ask them what works for them and what can be done to help their situations.

Women can do it, let us join hands and reach out to these women who form the highest nunder of women world wide.
