I am a dancer/choreographer/actor/activist with over 21 years of experience onstage, on camera and teaching. A graduate of the Broadway Dance Centre, New York, I am also currently the artistic director/founder of High Kicks Dance, a dance collaborative that emphasises learning, performance and community. The globally renowned High Kicks Ensemble is the performance wing of this company and creates relevant and meaningful dance theatre work.
I work with accessibility in dance, creating syllabus of dance, drama and movement and I teach various age groups. I also conduct workshops on movement through The Move Project, which aims to integrate functional movement and dance enjoyment into daily practice, irrespective of skill set. I also am a professional speaker and have spoken at various TEDx events and Global Youth/women centric events. I dabble in theatre and acting for camera occassionally and love to write. I create dance theatre productions with my ensemble, the High Kicks Ensemble
