Changemaking facilitation workshop

I had my changemaking facilitation workshop on 17th April, 2017. It was a good experience for me, sharing world pulse with some group of people. Actually we could not agree on a specific date because theweek was not favourable for most of the participants who were willing to attend, because there were lots of activities they had to do participate because of the Good Friday ,Easter break etc. Really they asked me to reschedule the time, however I had 4 people who turned up for the workshop. Iam not discouraged because there are more days ahead for me to share world pulse with others.

Participants easily identified with the objectives of world pulse because, allof them had stories to share and they wanted to make a change and an impact in their communities. I made them to write down one thing they would want to do to bring about a change in their communities. After reading and sharing their stories, I realized all of them had a story and a passion to bring about a change in their communities. Together we have started to form the world pulse movement to work together to bring a change in our communities.

Participants were made up of 4 women and 1 man. The young man showed much interest when I shared world pulse with him and decided to join in the meeting. After the meeting, participants filled the feedback/ evaluation forms, and shared that they have been inspired. They shared that they will also inspire other women to believe in themselves and to reach out for their dreams of making a positive impactin their communities. Again they shared that they will read more about would pulse to join the community and to share their stories to bring positive impacts or change in their communities. Also, participants shared that they will engage in more advocacy work for the advancement of women.

Ps: I have their feedback forms I will scan it to worldpulse.
