Your own thoughts try to kill you , with each and every second passing by you think a lot of stuff in your mind , stuff that harms your mental health and peace of mind .

There's a way that you can clear your mind and head , speak up , talk with friends , parents whoever you feel comfortable with.

I know not everyone has friends , had understanding parents or any other close one , you can share your thoughts here , but don't die thinking stuff inside your mind . 

I wish everyone who is suffering with the phase of a trauma or any incident that is hard to gasp , get peace of mind and heal fast.

I wish everyone a life of peace and happiness.
