Your own thoughts try to kill you , with each and every second passing by you think a lot of stuff in your mind , stuff that harms your mental health and peace of mind .

I know not everyone has friends , had understanding parents or any other close one , you can share your thoughts here , but don't die thinking stuff inside your mind .
