Breakfast is not only my favorite meal of the day but it's also the most important meal of the day. So often in our busy lives it's easier to simply grab something to go (and that's okay). However, allowing yourself some time to prepare and enjoy a deliciously balanced breakfast will surely set your day right. Slowing down to prepare the meal always helps me gather patience for the day; and being able to sit down and eat gives me the chance to appreciate the food in front of me and what it's capable of doing for my body.
