How can we help connect Kenyan women - especially now at this crisis time?

I want to bring to everybody's attention that Kenyan women want to connect with other women. We should do something to help them, but right now they can't connect on the Internet. How can we help them connect on mobile phones as a FIRST STEP? --Auma
