Thank You Jennifer! You made a big difference!

Happy Mother's Day!

I only have one hour left to step into 'Mother's day'.As i wait for this hour,i remember even more how impotant mothers are!

The funds donated by Jennifer Ruwart touched many hearts, and helped many children.

As the problem of being displaced in one's own country,Kenya, continues to remain after the December 27th skirmishes, many children and adults continue to suffer along.

The donation by Jennifer Ruwart was my PulseWire happiness, dream come true!for many children were able to get warm clothing.A total of 80 warm clothing items were bought, and distributed to the children.A mixture of long trousers, sweaters, sweat shirts, socks, jackets, caps and jackets were bought.A total of 50 children were served during this heart touching event.

We counted our victory points on this occassion, for along with these items,we managed to give them porridge flour donated by UNICEF and plumpy nut(peanut butter) donated by USAID.
Of all the 50 children served by us,none was accompanied by the father. All of them came along with their mothers.(Cheers to all moms on this day)!

The clothes were recieved in appreciation. The season was cold, and so were the children! All the women went back home with a smile on the face.

Even though this event did not mark the end of the problems,it made a difference in the hearts and lives of the recipients. We hope we will be able to be in touch with them again as a few were able to avail their contacts.

Thank you Jennifer and your family for the Big Heart!-on behalf of the recipients and our Organization.

I will stress at this point that mothers play a big role in bringing up families,in the presence or absence of their spouses.I have always known this! But the absence of any male on this very important occassion reminded me more of the big role that mothers play in making families what they are.

I give all mothers respect. They deserve it.Let us on this special day,as we recieve gratitude and special recognition, live knowing that we are the major organs that drive families. We are the heartbeat of our families. Our spouses, are quite helpful, but i must say that we do play great roles physically and psychologically.

Remember, you are the pride and strenghth of families. You may not drive the families with perfection, but the role that you play is great and you can never be replaced!

Cheers Mothers! You make the world! Cheers Jennifer! Thank you Jennifer!
