Facilitating Digital Changemaking

On the 10th of May, I facilitated a meeting with a closed group of women in a friend'soffice, She is a doctor and runs an NGO that helps in restoring hope to Orphans and vulnerable children.

Because she and a few others had been involved in NGO work prior, it was easy to communicate the work being done for women globally on World Pulse.

The meeting held for about an hour and a half,and there were varying levels of participation as attendees didnot all come in at the same time, due to work schedule.We had used our various mobile devices to log on to World Pulse, while I used the Featured stories and the Impact Leaders various posts as material for discussion.

The featured stories had piqued their interests and instantly, two of them had signed up to World Pulse immediately.

While I expect a further harvest of minds, I believe that the stories shared here and the opportunities to make a CHANGE in our community that being a part of the World Pulse community provides, are worth sharing.

The faces of my listeners had lit up with varying levels of excitement, knowing that this community provides the opportunity to share your truth with other women across the globe, while receiving love and support.

Since I do not have their permissions to include the rollcall, let's just say that I look forward to reading their stories on WorldPulse, where I believe that they would equally receive the love, encouragement and much more, that I have equally received here.
