From Inner Peace vision to Training Project!

I have a vision that peace has a place in everyone's inner consciousness and once that inner peace is found, world peace is possible. Since I found my inner happiness, I realized that I have to spread it with my family, friends, community and the world. It is very important to be positive not only during the party of the New Year when you make happy wishes but it should be every day, every minute... spreading love inside out is my mission and the first step to do it is to make people speak out ... speak out not only the suffering, the reality, the injustices... but also the achievements, small or big, the happiness and the dreams...

Getting to connect more with networks and communities not only in my country, Tunisia but all over the world virtually and on the ground, made me realize that... YES women have more power and impact when sharing their inner peace... it just spreads out immensely and intensively... So the more voices of women are voiced, the more positivity in the world we have! This is my philosophy and this is what I will strive and commit to do!

Now that's my vision but it is a long way to go... but my starting point was empowering myself in order to be able to empower my fellow women! I've worked in the community, I initiated and helped developing youth projects, I've been part of inspiring social movements, the Arab uprising... I've advocated my thoughts and ideas, represented my country around the world BUT is it enough? that's just the cornerstone, the basis to be ready to start reaching my vision with more power, passion and innovation.

I then created a blog and started writing in different blogs, websites and forums, getting my voice and my opinion everywhere and yes it made an impact and change in different occasions but how to make a larger impact and shape reality in fact? it is when more women like me do the same! now the tool for it is to train women how to create blogs and join the conversation, how to not only report but criticize and accordingly how to use the technology to do all that from writing to interviewing, video making etc.. this is something I learned by practice and not by training and this why I lack resources, structure and mentorship to empower other women! The face to face interaction is important and having the chance to travel, I feel the responsibility to do this wherever I go! to organize, to mobilize and to gather women and train them so I can learn from them as much as they learn from me!

I believe being one of Voices of Correspondent will give me a push to start this up! guide me and connect me more with women to give them more visibility by digging into the inner story, the inner strength and belief... this network and program is a learning experience because I can relate to every story I read here, so any woman can actually relate to it...

I will continue the long journey to reach my vision but it will be more enjoyable if I do it by the support of World Pulse through Voices of Correspondent.
