Sisterhood award nomination for Blessing Timidi-Digha

I am nominating Blessing Timidi-Digha for this award. She is an advocate who works on Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights and Gender Based Violence with bias to black girls and women. She has worked in this aspect in Nigeria for over 5 years, and she now presently works with immigrant women and girls in Canada. She navigates the blurred lines between rights, religion and culture and how it affects women. Recently she has began to focus more on the culture of acceptance on Violence and abuse and how it affects the lives of black and brown and women.
