Introducing myself and my journal: In the Pursuit of Positive Change

About Me:
My name is Florence Ayodele Emefe, a Nigerian and living in Nigeria. I worked with Development Initiatives Network (DIN), an NGO based in Lagos Nigeria. I was with DIN from January 2003 to December 2011. I was the Head, Administration, in addition to being a Programme Officer. I was responsible for the coordination of all personnel, financial and administrative activities of the organization, budget preparation, immplementation and monitoring, logistics planning and event coordination, programme development, project implementation and monitoring, proposal development, training facilitation.

Presently, I am coordinating an organization known as \"Inspire Change\" which aims to bring about positive attitudes, behaviours and perceptions regarding development issues such as child/girl education, good governance and youth empowerment.
