Interacting with the local rural women is so fulfilling. The Saturday of 9th November 2019; I was honored to be a guest for Kodero Self help group in Kasipul. The women were fundraising to set up an Agrovet Store in their locality. Its a vibrant agricultural setting however farmers are propelled to travel for 15km to buy agrovet products. Kodero women group have been supplying seeds and fertilizers to the people at small scale. They now wanted financial boost to upgrade to a well setup Agrovet Store in the area.
I had a moment to share with Kodero women group about World Pulse, my role as an ambassador and taking advantage of technology to enhance their Agrovet venture using their telephones to reach clients.
