Discrimination is something that seems to be haunting her simply because of her gender, he uses his masculinity to ensure that the ceiling is her limit, he hopes and pray she doesn't breakthrough oh, what inhumane discrimination against her as done...  

Society and it's socialization on her makes her believe that her place is in the kitchen, a house wife or some kind of maid, what a society with a rotten culture and socialization that that doesn't support her growth...

But like a Trojan soldier who was born to conquer, she conquers all the changes that come her way because she is a leader and a fight and most importantly she is a woman who is going to make a positive change to the contaminated world for she is a woman and a leader...
