Worked as an Executive Director, Program Manager, NGO Worker on various assignment including social audit, investigation, special audit, various treatment and rehabilitation services to victims of trauma, domestic violence and organized violence that includes a integrated multi-professional treatment services of doctors treatment, physiotherapy, counselling and psychotherapy, legal counselling and a long term follow-up through home visit. I have been working as master trainers of Girls Power Project (GPP) with Aparajeyo-Bangladesh, in cooperation with BCHRD and funded by Plan International Bangladesh from 2011 to till date its main goal is to reduce gender based violence at Dhaka South City Corporation Areas. Under the Girls Power Project (GPP), I have conducted women entrepreneurship development training, life skills, skills development, advocacy, child rights, women rights, gender and human rights training. More than 3000 girls and young women including garments worker, received training from me and I have successfully completed the training program. I had participated and skilled from more than 100 training on the issue of advocacy, gender, human rights, strict & stone, entrepreneurship development, community radio establishment and broadcasting, hazard child labour, disaster risk recovery through build back better approach, anti-tobacco movement and save the environment movement. I have been conducting different demonstration movement including discussion, human chains, rallies, street drama, view exchange meeting, seminars, symposiums and workshop regarding the issue on child protection, demanding justice for human rights abuse, anti-tobacco movement, disaster, environment, save food movement from 2009 to till date in cooperation with trade union and different rights based social organization in all over Bangladesh. I have been conducted internship education program through BCHRD with different university of Bangladesh and USA from 2010 to till date.
