How to avoid mental depression about covid 19 preveiling by social media?

Well. Just take it as normal as we humans have a normal cycle of up & down in our lives. For instance, sometimes we have good time and sometimes bad. Now it's about the WORLD. T

WORLD has a bad time and its temporary. It will go off. Don't get too much to people talk if it's making you more negative. And always remember : " many past viruses and pandemic have already struck the world but it's the nature of human to overactive the death call when life seems beautiful". One has to die even if you today, tomorrow will be me.

I wish you a positive and healthy life Insha Allah ☺ it's the real time to fight and face with more peace.

Just pray for those who are sufferers instead of listening to whom are not even victims. #MentalPeace #Covid19 #Fight #Face #StayCalm #Pray #SharePositivity

I think this message is so important now as everything is uncertain. Understanding a wider perspective and that we all share common humanity will help us get through with a healthy mind and body. Thank you for reminding us to keep a calm mind.
