The untold story behind the genocide in Cameroon which is forcing itself onto the international scene

What the internatinal community needs to know about the reality on the ground is that nothing hides under the sun and that the lie about a unitary state between the Southern Cameroons and La Republic du Cameroun cautioned by the international community has been unmasked by the Ambazonian liberation movement. There was never any negotiated union treaty between the independent state of Southern Cameroon (now Ambazonia) and La Republic du Cameroun.

The truth has now been told with the advent of the internet and archives of the UN that it was a situation of a black on black colonization organized by France and masterminded by the UN because of the oil and abundantly rich subsoils of the territory second only after the DRC.

The reason the blood of Ambazonians is flowing is because while the English left their protectorate after a failed attempt to integrate it into their Nigerian administered territory (Cameroon and the Southern Cameroons were never French and English colonies these territories of the German Kamerun were mandated to them as trust territories of the UN to prepare them for independence) France instead signed a continuation of colonization packed with La Republic du Cameroun and instituted a scotched earth policy of cleaning out the freedom fighters of Southern Cameroons and imposed the French legal system and education systems. Having realized the impossibility of their ploy, they invited the international community to train and arm the Cameroun army to launch a crackdown on the uprising terming it terrorism and muscling the mainstream media.

Those of us working to build peace in our country had since been chased out and making our voices heard in the Diaspora through social media https://www.ambazoniagenocide/library

The best way to understand the genicide is to first decolonise our minds and ask our selves some pertinent questions, why a people should be forced to worship foreign flags, sing foriegn anthems in foreign languages against their will. Why a territory with its own house of paliament and prime minister should be forced by the UN to gain its independence by joining another country without the possibility to their own self determination? In the 21st century how long can we continue to mix water and oil at the cost of human lives just to maintain decisions taken by the Berlin Conference after the second war war? why has the international community never looked into the aspirations of the future generations being lost? is there need to make the vision of France and the UN our only reality?

The real challenge is tags that have been labeled against school children and students who are only asking for their self determination. If this is what we are telling the world that the international community is working at its best to counter violent extremism and separatism, then we have indeed created a very laughable world which can only create more disunity even among the French speking Camerounians who are against the war masterminded by France using the photo of an ex dictator.

Peacee is needed in Cameroun and Ambazonia as demonstrated by the solidarity and love created by the youth in their field building and unity in disolving their trauma. This healing is the channel through which peace can be achieved by third parties coming in to bring the waring parties to a negotian tion table.

If really voices of Africans matter in resolving their own crisis we should stop echoeing the voices of the powers that be and for once listen to the down trodden.
