This Is What God Made Me
This Is What God Made Me: Beauty comes in all sizes. (1/1)

Whenever we hear a word "Body Shaming" our mind automatically create a picture of a big fat women. womens with curves often been told that "Loot at you,you have put on so much weight" or "If you lose some weight you would look more attractive" Then all curvy ladies start to thinking "I wish i was skinny" or " If i become skinny people would find me attractive too and people would stop making fun of my body" so let me tell you sweethearts im skinny and i have been body shaming bullied too. And trust me been told that "eww you are so skinny you should eat burgers all day all night to put on some weight then you would more attractive" is just as bad as telling a fat women " eww you are so fat you should not eat burger and start working out and lose some weight then you would more atttractive" Come on girls we can't let others to define you YOU DEFINE YOU!!!

I admit sometimes people rude comments take troll on you and shalter your confidence. You just look in the mirror and tell yourselves "Im strong beautiful confident women i know who i am i know who i am not. Im not a perfect i don't claim to be i am just me. Yes i am different but i love who i am and this is what God me.

Hi Bina. Thanks for sharing your true story. Yes, I feel almost like girls and women are the worst perpetrators of body shaming. The reason why I say that is because it's so counter-intuitive to me. Women and girls should be building each other up and not bringing each other down. Even better, is if we were all raised to love, honor and accept ourselves... body, mind and spirit, unconditionally, that would be the ultimate goal and existence.

Dear Nina,
Thanks for sharing. If we listen to people we might call evil upon God say the bible.
Beauty is inside not outside :-). Let them say but you know your worth :-).
Kind regards

We should all focus on the gifts and talents we have and not the ones we think we need
