Bukola Olalere is passionate about the development of people living in rural communities with focus on health, education and ending of female genital mutilation practices. Shes a programmer and has been impacting girls to code. She work within these areas reaches various local communities where she solves problems within these localities. She has organized and executed medical outreaches,free diagnostic tests , distributing free drugs and provided free medical attention to rural dwellers.Bukola is a mentor to many young Nigerians in the non-profit sector as well as her professional and life in general. She helps people define, follow-up and achieve their set goals and objectives; and she has written a book to foster this. As a graduate of psychology from the University of Ibadan, her background as a psychologist has influenced her experience in training, recruitment and Accountability Coaching. She is also a published author.
Shes currently the President of World Merit Nigeria.
