Apply to Attend the G(irls)20 Summit 2012 in Mexico

I wanted to alert you about this exciting opportunity, in case you haven't heard about it already.

With 3.5 billion girls and women in the world, it is imperative to the economic growth, social innovation & political stability of countries that girls and women are included in the decision making process.

In May 2012, two weeks prior to the G20 leaders meeting, one girl, aged 18-20, from each G20 country plus one representative from the European and African Unions, will come together for the 3rd G(irls)20 Summit. The
G(irls)20 Summit themes will parallel the themes of the G20 leaders meeting.

The deadline to apply has been extended, and they are specifically looking for applicants from Brazil.
