Enforce skills empowernment in the growth and development of every girl child for every girl child .

Growing up in a community where a girl child had little chances to go to school made me realise that skills empowernment would fill the gap for  a girl child to be respected in socity since its education regardless of whether you went to school or not and many  girl children have less chances to go to school due to lots of factors but mostly cultural factors, opening up a skilling centre for avulnerable girl child in my community which is now a registered orgarnisation has made a great postive impact in my community the country at large since more jobs are created by women, involvement in leadership, self dependency, self development..

So skills training for  girl child is a key to every girl child whether learned or not learned due to several factors for self development, community and the world at large.

Dear Brenda,
Absolutely very true. Skilled training for the upcoming girl children. It might be too late for some of us.

And congrats with the registration of your organization. I hope you are having a good day.

Dear Brenda Nakalembe,
Yes, without women economic development, nothing could be done. Therefore, it is great work for your community and society. Keep it up continue dear.

Dear Brenda,
Yes, you are right, if the women/girls are economically empowered, they will be equally powerful for anything in decision making and all. So for that, the skill training will be very helpful for uplifting girls and women to make economically empowered.
best regards,

Dear Brenda,
This is such important work. All girls everywhere should have the right to good, free education, properly supported by all governments. Your work is so important.

Skills training can also give insight into much more: strategy, planning, communications, etc

Dear Brenda,
You are doing such wonderful work!
I was wondering if speaking and writing can also be a part of such programs. It is so important for us to know that we can voice our opinion. Many barriers stop us from being articulate.

Hello Brenda that's the girl effect in action! Keep up the good work and share with us the diiferent activities that the girls engage in. I believe in skilling the girl child in all forms and spheres. We should yearn to learn more skills.

I totally agree! Well said Brenda. When girls are skilled and have a greater level of training they are way more likely to create a better future for themselves. Congrats on your organization!

Congratulations Brenda, gone are the days where every girl child's place was regarded as in the kitchen, the same kitchen need skills to maintain it, all the best with your organisation. It will surely have an impact in your community. Thanks for sharing
