Dans leur maison de quatre enfants, elle est l'unique fille qui fait tous les travaux ménagers.Par compassion diabolique,ce vieux papa s'est engage a leur payer les frais scolaires et a supporter leurs soins médicaux.n. échange de cette aide,la petite fille devrait aller dans la case du vieillard chaque soir pour balayer et faire des petits travaux.A l'absence de sa femme,ce vieux papa invita la fille a venir passer la nuit dans sa case.Sans aucun doute,la fille a commence a dormir dans cette case ou le grand père la prendra un jour par force et coucha avec elle sous peine de couper l'aide.Ce petit jeu devint une habitude jusqu'au jour ou ce la fille est devenue grosse. Voulant cacher le forfait,le grand père demanda a la fille de coucher avec un garçon de son age a qui l'on pourra imputer la grossesse.Dans ces démarches,la fille n'est pas parvenue a faire tomber le garçon de son choix.chaque rendez-vous n'avait pas tenu.

Wanting to hide his heinous crime, the grandfather told the girl to sleep with a boy her own age on to whom they could place the blame of the pregnancy. Despite her efforts, the girl was not able to find a boy of her choice. None of her dates yielded anything.

After this situation was made known, the case was transferred to court in Minebwe/Fizi by a few members of the family who were intolerant. But four days later, the old man was released by demands from other members of the same family. Quite easily, they convinced the opposition and the police that they were taking care of the little girl and her baby. They also wanted to hide their father’s disgrace.
