LES BLA BLA .... DE KAMPALA

Nous nous attendons a ce que tous ceux qui ne sont pas favorables aux dialogues et aux accords de paix de Kampala soient traduits en justice.
Notre plus grand souhait est que la guerre prenne fin.Il ne sert a rien de se battre ou bien de prolonger des dialogues en les compliquant.TROP C'EST TROP......

Il faut que la guerre cesse est que la R.D.Congo reprenne sa marche normale sur la voie de la reconstruction.
S'il est vrai que la justice internationale est disposée a accompagner les femmes congolaises dans la lutte contre les viols et violences dont elles sont victimes,elle devra nous démontrer sa compétence:
1. En arrêtant tous les auteurs des crimes pour les juger.
2. En suivant l'application des accords de Kampala en vue d’éviter une nouvelle guerre.
3. En implantant un bureau de la C.P.I. a Goma en R.D.Congo.
Ainsi dit dans le souci de mettre fin aux crimes commis contre les femmes de l'Est de la R.D.Congo.

The Blah Blah Blahs of Kampala

We expect that all those who do not support dialogue or the Kampala peace agreements to be brought to justice.

Our biggest wish is for the war to end. It is useless to fight against or even prolong dialogue by complicating it. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

The war must end and the DR Congo must resume its normal operations on the path to reconstruction.

If international justice is indeed willing to support Congolese women in their fight against rape and violence against them, then she must prove her authority to us:

1. By arresting all the perpetrators of crimes so they may be judged;




2. By implementing the Kampala agreements so as to avoid a new war;




3. By establishing an office of the ICC (International Criminal Court) in Goma, DR Congo.

It is thereby stated in order to put an end to crimes committed against women in Eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo.
