CHAP: II PROBLEMATIQUE

II.1.GENERALITES SUR LES DROITS DE L'HOMME EN RD CONGO
Des nombreux rapports des experts nationaux et internationaux démontrent clairement que notre pays la R.D.Congo a atteint le niveau le plus élevée des cas de viols et violation des droits humains. Il est indiscutable qu'un pays en guerre soit accusé de tous les crimes car la guerre étant la principale cause, elle ne fait que se prolonger, se ramifier en changeant des formes. Les guerres que connaît notre pays sont communément considérées comme:
A. Guerres de libération.
B. Guerres d'auto défense- populaire.
C. Guerres de revendication des terres, grades ou fonctions.
D. Guerres de positionnement.
Toutes ces formes de guerres constituent des véritables écoles de violences contre les plus faibles de la société qui sont les femmes et les enfants.
A part ceci, il y a aussi les cultures rétrogrades, les religions machistes qui contribuent a l'aliénation des populations ignorantes de leurs droits. L’ignorance des lois relatives aux droits de l'homme est de ce fait considère comme le principal fléau contre lequel notre organisation vaudrait s'attaquer en s'engageant plus dans la vulgarisation des dites lois. Un peuple qui connait ses droits est plus équipe et motive dans la lutte pour sa libération contre toutes les formes de servitudes qui lui sont imposées.
II.2. NOTRE APPROCHE

A. Notre objectif est de contribuer dans la lutte contre toutes les formes des violences commises contre les femmes et les enfants en associant toute la communauté. C'est donc une approche participative et communautaire. Les victimes ne s'engageront dans leur propre libération que lorsqu'elles connaitront leurs droits et les méthodes appropriées de les revendiquer.
B. Notre vision est d'arriver a une société équilibrée, égalitaire ou la femme et les enfants sont respectées, rétablis dans leurs droits. Cet équilibre est un gage du développement socio-économique et d'une paix durable en R.D .Congo et dans toute la sous-région des grands-lacs Africains.
C. Notre méthodologie: elle varie selon les niveaux d'instruction, l’âge, le milieu, le s ex. Pour les cas généraux nous procédons par: Des focus groups, des conférences débats, des théâtres et sketchs, des émissions radiodiffusées, des leçons occasionnelles, des prédications dans des églises, calicots, dépliants, banderoles, séminaires......

II.3.LES RESULTATS A ATTENDRE
• Dans les courts termes.
De toutes nos activités nous attendrons une prise de conscience collective sur l'état d'être des femmes et des enfants en l'égard de leurs droits méconnus ou bien bafouent. L’intériorisation des lois est une incitation a des analyses qui pousseront a des actes concrets d'auto-libération.
• Dans les moyens termes.
L'engagement des communautés bénéficiaires dans les revendications de leurs droits, la modification des mœurs et cultures, le changement des mentalités.
• Dans les longs termes.
La régression sensible des cas de violation des droits humains et ceux des femmes et des enfants en particulier. Le rétablissement d'une société égalitaire fondée sur le respect des droits de chaque couche sociale. Le développement intégral de la communauté.

CHAP.III. QUELQUES CAS DE VIOLATION DES DROITS DE LA FEME ET DE L’ENFANT CUNNUS DANS NOTRE RAYON D'ACTION
Notre mission d'évaluation sur la situation particulière des femmes et des enfants dans notre zone d'intervention se présente comme suit:
• Le mariage par rapt et précoce (Hauts-plateaux de Fizi-itombwe)
• L’exploitation des enfants dans les groupes armées (Hauts-plateaux de Fizi-itombwe,Shabunda,Bunyakiri)
• Les veuve: esclaves sexuelles (Hauts-plateaux de Fizi-itombwe)

CONCLUSION
L'organisation NGABO vise a rétablir le droit de l'homme en République démocratique du Congo en vulgarisant des lois relatives aux droits des femmes et des enfants que nous considérons comme gage de la paix et du développement socio-économique .Notre démarche étant participative ,elle insiste les victimes, une fois formées se libérer elles-mêmes du joug de la coutume, de la religion ainsi que sous d'autres formes de servitudes liées a l'ignorance.

CHAP II ISSUE
II.1.GENERALITES ON HUMAN RIGHTS IN DR CONGO
Numerous reports from national and international experts clearly demonstrate that our country DRC has reached the highest level of rape and violation of human rights. It is indisputable that a country at war is accused of all crimes, because the war, being the main cause, is being prolonged and ramified in changing forms. The wars in our country have been commonly called:
A. Wars of liberation.
B. Wars of self-defense - popular.
C. Wars to reclaim lands, grades or functions.
D. Wars of positioning.
All these forms of war are veritable schools of violence against the weakest members of society who are women and children.
In addition to this, there are antiquated cultures, and machismo based religious practices that contribute to the alienation of people who are ignorant of their rights. Ignorance of the laws relating to human rights is therefore considered to be the greatest scourge which our organization would tackle by engaging more in the popularization of such laws. People who know their rights are better equipped and motivated in the fight for liberation against all forms of servitude which might be imposed upon them.

II.2. OUR APPROACH
A. Our goal is to help in the fight against all forms of violence against women and children by involving all the communities. This is a participatory and community outreach approach. The victims will only engage in their own liberation when their rights and the appropriate methods to claim those rights have been explained to them.
B. Our vision is to achieve a balanced, egalitarian society where women and children are respected, with their rights restored. This balance is a pledge of socio-economic development and sustainable peace in DR. Congo and throughout the southern-region of the Great Lakes-Africans.
C. Our methodology: it varies according to levels of education, age, environment, s ex. In general, we proceed by: Focus groups, lectures and debates, theater and skits, broadcasts, occasional lessons, sermons in churches, banners, flyers, banners, seminars ......
II.3. The expected results
• In the short term.
With all our activities, we will see a raising of collective awareness in regards to the state of being of women and children and of respect of their rights, formerly ignored or flouted. The internalization of these laws and awareness will push towards concrete acts of self-liberation.
• In the medium term.
A beneficial commitment by communities to claim their rights, change habits and cultures, and attitudes.
• In long term.
Significant reduction in the violations of human rights and women and children in particular. The restoration of an egalitarian society based on respect for the rights of every social stratum. The full and integral development of the community.

CONCLUSION
The organization, NGABO, aims to restore human rights in the Democratic Republic of Congo by popularizing laws on the rights of women and children, which we consider as a pledge of peace and socio-economic development. Our approach, which is participatory, compels the victims to become informed, and once informed, they can free themselves from the yoke of custom, religion and other forms of easements which stem from ignorance.
