To eradicate gender-based violence in the rural and urban slums, we first develop the agency of the women and girls through Imagine empowerment Workshops designed by Empowerment Institute, USA. This will enable the women and girls to see themselves as somebody who can achieve anything they set their minds to do. After the workshop The women would be broken into support groups where they meet from time to time to encourage each other, contribute money as table banking to support each other to start a small business. By doing this the women becomes empowered economically which gives them self-confidence to contribute to their families up keeping.
