Des hommes armes ont assassines,ce vendredi 14 septembre a Oicha au nord kivu,Kakule Wavilire,préfet des études de l Institut MOERA de la localité de Mbau,l une des plus grandes écoles secondaires du territoire de Beni. Ce préfet était âgé de 34 ans.
On this Friday, September 14th, in Oicha, just north of Kivu, armed men killed the head of education, Kakule Wavilire, of the Institute of Moera in Mbau, one of the biggest highschools of the Beni region. The head of education was 34 years old.
