Here are 20 lovely kids with great destinies. They are refugees from the Democratic Republic of Congo resident in Kampala-Uganda. They fled their country because of the conflict and found themselves here in Kampala with their parent who had lost everything but with the hope of saying alive. Due to the challenge for survival with little or no assistance these parents find themselves over burden with limited resources. The resultant consequence is that most refugee children are not able to get education because their parents can’t afford to pay for it. As they reach their teenage age with nothing to do many girls end up as prostitutes on the streets of Kampala, others are forced into early marriages, teenage pregnancy is rampant amongst young refugee girls while others end up dying trying to commit abortion. Young boys indulge into crime and drugs. This leaves both sexes vulnerable to HIV/AIDS

Education is the only vehicle that guarantees a bright future for every child. It is for this reason that I started this scholarship program to enable these children get education that will help them create the future they want to live. We have started just with 20kids and many more are knocking on our doors on daily basis for help for assistance to go to school. I am therefore appealing to every one of us to join me in this venture and help this kids create the future they want by acquiring education. No donation is too small.
