Learning to Breathe



I am learning to breathe. To set boundaries. To save some of myself for those I care for; for myself.



As healing comes to my body, I step back; yet look ahead to the future when I will again be able to pursue what I love- to communicate with others and teach the smallest of these who are unable to do so.



I look forward to writing more and longer pieces. Bits of life. Reflections that may encourage the work of you extraordinary women (and men).



Whatever challenge you may be facing now, even seemingly insurmountable pain or struggle, remember provision will be granted to move though each moment.



Just take time to breathe.
